4. Ordering Process via WhatsApp

RADDY TECH FIRM uses WhatsApp as our primary ordering channel. This section explains the complete ordering process, your obligations, and our commitments.
4.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through the following methods:
- Website Cart + WhatsApp: Add products to your cart on raddytech.site, click "Order via WhatsApp (COD)" — this sends your cart details automatically to our WhatsApp number
- Direct WhatsApp Message: Send a message to +91 89125 08888 with the product name(s) you wish to order
- WhatsApp Button on Product: Click the WhatsApp icon next to any product on our shop page
4.2 Order Confirmation Process
- You send your order details via WhatsApp
- Our team responds within 2 hours (during business hours) to confirm product availability
- We ask for your complete delivery address and preferred delivery date
- We send you an Order Confirmation Message with: Order ID, product details, total amount (including shipping if applicable), estimated delivery date
- You reply with "Confirmed" or "Yes" to finalize the order
- Your order is only considered placed AFTER you confirm the Order Confirmation Message
4.3 Order Acceptance & Rejection
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for the following reasons:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Delivery address is outside our serviceable area
- Suspected fraudulent order (multiple fake COD attempts)
- Pricing error on the website (see Section 5)
- Incomplete or unverifiable delivery information
5. Pricing & Payment (Cash on Delivery)
5.1 Pricing
- All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and are inclusive of GST
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown in your Order Confirmation Message
- Strikethrough prices represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or previous selling price
- Discounts and offers are valid for limited periods and may be withdrawn at any time
5.2 Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently accept only Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. This means:
- You pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery
- No advance payment, online payment, or bank transfer is required
- Please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delays
- The delivery person will provide a receipt upon payment
5.3 COD Verification
For orders above ₹3,000, we may call you to verify the order before dispatch. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and helps ensure genuine orders.
6. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:
- Actual product colours may vary slightly due to monitor/screen settings
- Handcrafted items may have minor variations — this is a feature of artisan products, not a defect
- Dimensions mentioned are approximate (within ±5% tolerance for handmade items)
- Product images are representative; the actual product you receive is the same design but may have slight artisan variations
7. Delivery Terms

- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days across India
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
- Andhra Pradesh: 2-4 business days
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499
- Flat ₹79 shipping for orders below ₹1,499
8. Order Cancellation
8.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Full cancellation, no charges.
- After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery (COD), but repeated refusals may result in account restrictions.
8.2 Cancellation by RADDY TECH FIRM
We may cancel your order and notify you via WhatsApp if:
- The product is out of stock
- There was a pricing error on the website
- We are unable to verify your delivery address
- The order appears fraudulent
9. Returns & Refunds

- 7-day return window from delivery date
- Product must be unused, in original packaging
- Initiate returns via WhatsApp with photos
- Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days after inspection
10. User Conduct & Restrictions

- Place fake or fraudulent COD orders with no intention to pay
- Provide false delivery addresses or contact information
- Use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language with our team on WhatsApp
- Attempt to manipulate pricing, exploit technical errors, or abuse promotional offers
- Resell our products commercially without written authorization
- Copy, reproduce, or scrape our website content, product images, or descriptions
- Interfere with or disrupt our website's functionality
11. Intellectual Property

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
15. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute:
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email. We aim to resolve all issues amicably within 7 business days.
- Step 2: If unresolved, file a formal complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal).
- Step 3: If still unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or terminate your ability to place orders if you violate these Terms, particularly in cases of repeated fake COD orders, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent activity.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
