How do I place an order on RADDY TECH?
You can place an order in two ways: (1) Click the "Order via WhatsApp" button on any product page — this opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message with the product details. Our team will confirm availability, share payment details, and process your order within minutes. (2) Add products to your cart on the Shop page and click "Checkout via WhatsApp" — this sends your entire cart to our team for processing. We currently do not have an automated online checkout, as we prefer the personal touch of confirming each order manually to ensure product availability and accurate delivery estimates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Debit Cards (all major banks), Net Banking (all Indian banks), and Cash on Delivery (available for orders up to ₹50,000 in select pin codes). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹50,000 in most metro and Tier-1 cities across India. For orders above ₹50,000, we require advance payment via UPI or bank transfer for security reasons. COD availability depends on your pin code — our team will confirm COD eligibility when you place your order via WhatsApp. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply on some orders.
Can I get an invoice/GST bill for my purchase?
Yes, every order comes with a proper tax invoice. For GST-registered businesses, we can issue a GST invoice with your GSTIN — just share your GST details when placing the order. The invoice includes product details, serial number, warranty information, and applicable taxes (18% GST on electronics). This invoice is required for warranty claims, so please keep it safe.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location: Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 2-3 business days. Tier-2 cities (Vizag, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, etc.) — 3-5 business days. Tier-3 cities and rural areas — 5-7 business days. Northeast India and remote areas — 7-10 business days. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and SMS once shipped.
Do you deliver across all of India?
Yes, we deliver to all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. We partner with Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC for reliable nationwide coverage. For remote areas where courier services have limited reach, we use India Post Speed Post as a backup. There are no additional charges for remote area delivery — shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight and your pin code.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp and SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website (Delhivery/BlueDart/DTDC) using the tracking number. We also provide proactive updates — you'll receive notifications when your order is dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

Are all products 100% genuine and original?
Absolutely yes. Every product sold on RADDY TECH is 100% genuine, brand new, and sourced directly from authorized distributors in India. We never sell refurbished, open-box, grey market, or imported products without proper warranty. Each product comes with: original manufacturer packaging, official warranty card, proper tax invoice with serial number, and all original accessories. You can verify the warranty directly with the brand using the serial number on your product.
Do products come with official manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all products come with full official manufacturer warranty valid across India. Warranty periods vary by brand: Apple (1 year), Samsung (1 year), ASUS (2 years for laptops), Lenovo (1-3 years depending on model), HP (1 year), Sony (1 year), OnePlus (1 year), Google (1 year), JBL/Harman (1 year), Logitech (1 year), Samsung SSD (3 years), Anker (18 months), Keychron (1 year), Fitbit (1 year), Noise (1 year). Warranty is serviced through the brand's official service centers — not through us.
Why are your prices lower than Amazon/Flipkart?
Our prices are competitive (not always lower, but often matching or slightly better) because: (1) We source directly from authorized distributors, cutting out platform commissions (Amazon charges sellers 15-25% commission). (2) We operate with minimal overhead — small team, no expensive warehouses, lean operations. (3) We don't spend heavily on advertising — most of our customers come through referrals. (4) We pass these savings directly to customers. Note: Our prices are genuine market prices, not "too good to be true" deals that indicate counterfeit products.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return a product if: it's defective or damaged on arrival, it doesn't match the description on our website, or you simply changed your mind (subject to conditions). For returns, the product must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, warranty cards, and invoice intact. Opened software, activated devices (phones with SIM inserted, laptops with Windows activated), and products with physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return. Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds typically reflect within 24-48 hours. Credit/debit card refunds take 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Net banking refunds take 3-5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI/bank transfer — we'll collect your bank details during the return process.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective product or our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we provide free reverse pickup — no cost to you. If the return is due to change of mind or buyer's remorse, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We'll arrange pickup through our courier partner and deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount (typically ₹100-300 depending on product weight and location).
