At RADDY TECH FIRM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Since all our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via bank transfer to your account.

    • Product name you wish to return

  2. Approval: Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and sends a Return Approval with pickup instructions
  3. Pickup/Ship: Either our courier partner picks up the item from your address, OR we provide a prepaid shipping label
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team inspects it within 2 business days
  5. Refund: If approved, refund is initiated to your bank account within 3-5 business days
