1. Shipping Overview
RADDY TECH FIRM ships all orders from our warehouse in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when the product reaches your doorstep.

2. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver to all states and union territories of India. However, delivery timelines vary by location:

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order confirmation and communicated to you via WhatsApp before you confirm the order.
4. Delivery Timeline
4.1 Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Within 2 hours of your WhatsApp confirmation (during business hours)
- Packaging & Dispatch: Within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
- Tracking Number Shared: Via WhatsApp once dispatched
4.2 Estimated Delivery After Dispatch
- Andhra Pradesh: 1-3 days
- Metro cities: 2-4 days
- Rest of India: 4-7 days
- Remote areas: 6-10 days
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking number (AWB number)
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link (clickable)
All tracking information is sent via WhatsApp. You can also message us anytime to ask "Where is my order?" and we will check the status for you.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with the following trusted courier partners:
- Delhivery — Primary partner for metro and Tier 1 cities
- DTDC — For Tier 2/3 cities and semi-urban areas
- India Post (Speed Post) — For remote areas and locations not covered by private couriers
- Ecom Express — Backup partner for high-volume periods
The courier partner is selected automatically based on your PIN code for fastest delivery.
7. Packaging & Handling
All RADDY TECH FIRM products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Fragile items (ceramics, glass, lamps): Double-boxed with bubble wrap and foam padding
- Wall art & frames: Corner protectors + cardboard reinforcement
- Textiles & cushions: Sealed poly bags inside corrugated boxes
- Candles: Individual bubble wrap + rigid box to prevent melting/breakage
- Rugs: Rolled with protective wrapping in a tube or flat box
All packages include a packing slip with order details and our WhatsApp number for support.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
8.1 Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners make 2-3 delivery attempts on different days
- If you are unavailable, the delivery person will call you
- You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier or messaging us on WhatsApp
8.2 Failed Delivery (Return to Origin)
If delivery fails after all attempts:
- The package is returned to our Visakhapatnam warehouse
- We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery or cancellation
- Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges
- Repeated delivery failures may result in your number being flagged for verification on future orders
9. COD Delivery Process
Cash on Delivery — What to Expect
When the delivery person arrives:
- They will call you and hand over the package
- You pay the exact order amount in cash
- The delivery person provides a receipt/proof of delivery
- Please keep exact change ready — delivery persons may not carry change
- You may open and inspect the outer packaging before paying (but not the sealed product inside)
Important: If the package appears damaged from outside (torn, crushed, wet), you may refuse delivery. Inform us immediately via WhatsApp with photos, and we will ship a replacement.
10. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones)
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Courier partner operational issues
- Festivals and national holidays (Diwali, Republic Day, etc.)
- Remote area accessibility issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
In case of significant delays (more than 5 days beyond estimated delivery), we will proactively inform you via WhatsApp and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
