1. Payment Overview

RADDY TECH FIRM currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) only payment model. This means you do not need to make any advance payment, share any bank details, or use any online payment gateway to place an order. You simply pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) — How It Works

2.1 The Complete COD Process

1. Browse & Select: Choose products on raddytech.site
2. Order via WhatsApp: Send your order details to +91 89125 08888
3. Confirm Order: We send you an Order Confirmation with total amount — you reply "Confirmed"
4. We Ship: Product is dispatched within 24-48 hours
5. Delivery: Courier delivers to your address
6. Pay in Cash: Hand over the exact order amount to the delivery person
7. Get Receipt: Delivery person provides proof of delivery

2.2 What Amount to Pay

The amount you pay at delivery is EXACTLY what was mentioned in your Order Confirmation Message on WhatsApp. This includes:

3. Why We Use COD Only

We chose Cash on Delivery as our sole payment method because:

• Trust: As a growing brand, we want customers to trust us — pay only when you receive the product
• No Risk for Customers: You don't risk losing money on an online payment before seeing the product
• Accessibility: Not everyone has UPI, net banking, or credit cards — COD is universal
• Simplicity: No payment gateway complications, failed transactions, or refund delays
• Transparency: What you see in the Order Confirmation is what you pay — nothing more

4. Pricing Transparency

• All prices on raddytech.site are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR)
• All prices are inclusive of GST (18% GST included in displayed price)
• Strikethrough prices (e.g., ₹1,999) represent the MRP or previous selling price
• Discounted prices are our current selling price — no coupon needed
• Prices may change without notice, but your confirmed order price is locked

5. No Hidden Charges Guarantee

6. Order Verification for High-Value Orders

For orders above ₹3,000, we may:

• Call you to verify the order and delivery address
• Send a WhatsApp message asking you to re-confirm
• This is a standard fraud prevention measure
• If we cannot verify, the order may be cancelled

This protects both you and us from fraudulent orders placed using someone else's address.

7. Refund Payment Method

Since you pay via COD, refunds (for returns/cancellations) are processed via:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): To your bank account (3-5 business days)
• UPI Transfer: To your UPI ID (1-2 business days — fastest option)

We will ask for your bank details or UPI ID via WhatsApp ONLY after a return is approved. We will NEVER ask for OTP, PIN, or password.

8. Fraud Prevention & COD Abuse

To maintain our COD service for genuine customers, we take the following measures against COD abuse:

• Repeated order refusals: If you refuse delivery 3+ times without valid reason, your number may be blocked from future orders
• Fake addresses: Orders with unverifiable addresses may be cancelled
• Bulk suspicious orders: Unusually large orders from new numbers may require phone verification

These measures help us keep COD available for all genuine customers without adding extra fees.

9. Future Payment Options

We are working on adding the following payment options in the future:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• EMI options for orders above ₹3,000

These will be announced on our website and WhatsApp when available. COD will always remain an option.
