At RADDY TECH FIRM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Since all our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via bank transfer to your account.

2. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if ALL of the following conditions are met:

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Scented Candles — once the seal is broken or candle has been lit
- Customized/Personalized Items — made-to-order products with your specifications
- Items on Clearance/Final Sale — marked as "No Returns" at time of purchase
- Products damaged by customer — misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage
- Items returned after 7 days — beyond the return window
- Products without original packaging — missing box, tags, or protective wrapping
4. Return Process (via WhatsApp)
Step-by-Step Return Process:
- Message Us: Send a WhatsApp message to +91 89125 08888 with:
- Your Order ID (e.g., GA-20260525-001)
- Product name you wish to return
- Reason for return
- 3-4 clear photos of the product
- Approval: Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and sends a Return Approval with pickup instructions
- Pickup/Ship: Either our courier partner picks up the item from your address, OR we provide a prepaid shipping label
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team inspects it within 2 business days
- Refund: If approved, refund is initiated to your bank account within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Since all orders are COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds are processed via bank transfer:

5.1 Bank Details for Refund
When your return is approved, we will ask for:
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- UPI ID (alternative — for faster refund)
We will NEVER ask for your ATM PIN, OTP, CVV, or internet banking password. Beware of scams.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different colour/variant of the same product (subject to availability)
- Different product of equal or higher value (you pay the difference for higher value)
Exchange process is the same as returns — initiate via WhatsApp. The replacement is shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video
- We will arrange a free pickup — no return shipping cost to you
- Choice of full refund or free replacement
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item
Important: If possible, take a video while unboxing your order. This helps us process damage claims faster.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Report immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the received item
- We will ship the correct item within 24 hours (subject to availability)
- Free pickup of the wrong item from your address
- If the correct item is out of stock, full refund within 5 business days
9. Order Cancellation Refund
Since we use COD, order cancellations before dispatch do not require any refund (no payment was made). However:
- Cancelled before dispatch: No charges, no refund needed
- Cancelled after dispatch but before delivery: If you refuse the COD package, it returns to us at no cost to you
- Repeated fake orders: If you repeatedly place orders and refuse delivery, we may block your number from future orders
